1. Legal Compliance and Registered Employment Our business operates in full compliance with the Labor Law of the Republic of Türkiye, Occupational Health and Safety Legislation, and International Labour Organization (ILO) conventions. Adopting a zero-tolerance principle against unregistered employment, Social Security Institution (SGK) registrations for all employees are completed as of their first day of work.

2. Fair Remuneration and Social Rights Wages offered to our employees cannot be below the legal minimum wage. Our ultimate goal is to maintain a "Living Wage" level that improves living standards. Payments are made regularly via bank channels and in a transparent manner. Overtime wages are calculated based on legal rates and paid in full.

3. Prevention of Child Labor and Prohibition of Forced Labor The employment of child labor is not permitted at any stage of our operations (excluding interns within the scope of legislation). Age verification through identity authentication is mandatory during recruitment. No employee shall be forced to work through pressure, threats, or the confiscation of identity documents.

4. Equal Opportunity and Diversity Discrimination based on race, religion, language, gender, or physical disability is not allowed in recruitment, promotion, remuneration, and training processes. Increasing the employment of qualified local labor to support female employment and the local economy is our strategic priority.

5. Zero Tolerance for Harassment and Ethical Working Environment Any form of physical, verbal, sexual, or psychological harassment (mobbing) in the workplace is strictly prohibited. Disadvantaged and vulnerable groups are specifically protected. A respectful working atmosphere that protects the dignity and honor of our employees is essential.

6. Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) The physical and mental integrity of our employees is our highest priority. In this context: Regular risk analyses are conducted, and proactive measures are taken. All necessary Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is provided free of charge. Workspaces compliant with hygiene standards, clean water, dining halls, and rest areas are fully provided.

7. Training and Continuous Development Annual training plans are created to increase the professional competencies of employees. The development journey starting with the orientation process is supported by sustainability, OHS, and human rights training. Career steps are determined based on merit.

8. Transparent Communication and Complaint Management Anonymous suggestion boxes, a representative system, and HR channels through which employees can convey their opinions, suggestions, and complaints are kept active. Any form of retaliation against employees who make reports is prohibited. All applications are reviewed based on confidentiality and concluded promptly.
