Staff Promotion Policy

When a job position opens in our hotel, our current employees are evaluated first. Suitability for the position is evaluated based on the level of education, working time in our hotel, personality structure, personal and corporate development, and performance. If we have a suitable employee for the position, a promotion offer is made to them first. Every position is open to all personnel who meet the qualifications required.
